Fruit Porridge with Rye Flakes is a tasty and nutritious freeze-dried breakfast with a high proportion of fruits and grains. This meal does not contain any flavor enhancers and so offers only a slight difference in taste to home cooked porridge. In order to change provide the best taste possible, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients all of which are freeze-dried separately from each other.
Preparation:
Tear off the top and unfold the bottom. Add 200-300 ml of hot water (level G). Stir. Close again. Wait 5 minutes. Add more water if desired. Can also be prepared with cold water, then the time is extended to 15 minutes.
